If, within 7 days you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, final–sale or special–order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Gift registry items may be returned within 90 days of the event or within 90 days of purchase, whichever is later.

You can return merchandise through the mail or shipping company for a refund or replacement. You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped (status is “in process”). If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the order may be returned upon receipt (excluding the original shipping and processing fees and a pick up fee equal to the original shipping and processing fees). Some items have a flat shipping fee due to oversized packages or special shipping requirements. What is the standard delivery for wholesaledecoratorsmarket.com?
Most items will arrive in 10 -14 business days. However, because most of our furniture and decor ship directly from the manufacturer and some items are handmade especially for you (such as some of our beautiful Sunbrella Outdoor Cushions and Sunbrella Pillows) your order may take anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If your order is for Outdoor Furniture from The Resort Collection please allow 10 to 12 weeks for delivery as the furniture from this collection is hand woven. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. The day your furniture or home decor is shipped, we will send you and email with your tracking number, delivery date and contact information. A few days prior to delivery we will contact you to schedule the date and time of delivery that best meets your schedule.

What is the return policy for wholesaledecoratorsmarket.com?
All accepted returned products must be returned unassembled with all parts. Please retain the original packaging, if possible, and place item in package for return or exchange. The item must be returned in sellable condition.

If the box or product is at all damaged or if for any reason or you are concerned about damage, you must refuse to accept the package or product. If you accept the package or product and the shipper has left your premises there are no returns or refunds allowed under any circumstances.

If, for any reason, Wholesale Decorators Market attempts to exchange an item and the item becomes unavailable, then we will provide you with a refund or, if you prefer, do everything we can to provide you with a similar item. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
